Actually I can explain it and i've already explained it to Akzo...
I let st4tiX post 1 single msg.. 1... on the forum through my account since he was banned.. that is all I have done wrong and u guys know it. I made 1 more mistake but that was on my other account which I deleted so lets not dig up the past here? So u guys wanna call the shots here? I really don't mind being in the box.. I think it's rather funny how u guys r putting my penalty till Feb 2002.. im not gonna tell st4tiX to stop wut he's doing.. it's his life.. if u guys wanna penalize me for it go ahead.. but don't say im him becuz I can prove otherwise. Zcore im glad u started taking these problems but MIB did this and he has totally screwed the ladder up. I don't think i've gone 1 day on Kali without seeing something like "MIB is a total **** head" since the ladder got screwed. Now since ur returning our msgs ur getting caught in the fire.
Ok, so u added Holly 3 days in the box for abusing wut? He is simply asking u guys questions and he wants his moneys worth of this ladder. He didn't do ne thing wrong.. u guys know that.. but u guys can't blame him for not reporting that PPL were giving him free wins... im sure if he actually knew u guys would kick him if he didn't speak up.. he would have said something to Akzo. Aso.. Akzo has been away from Kali and we've all witnessed another 1 of st4tiX's lil jokes. Wut I don't understand is why u guys simply removed Akzo's wins without moving him in rank and sticking him in the box? He didn't report to u guys did he? Lets be fair here... ~razOr also got free wins becuz I remember he was in top 5 b4 Cutta got in. U guys only kicked the GOOD players on ladder for some reason which I cannot understand.

1) Cutta just reached top 5 and did nothing at all... u guys kicked him cuz he was a DORK admit it. He may have beat Roids [his bro who lives with him] but he talked to Akzo about it first... I even saw them talking about it.

2) Stebo did wut exactly? I didn't even see him get mass wins... again.. kicked for being in DORK.

3) Holly got free wins just becuz he was in top 5... if u didn't notice, some fool was giving wins to top 5 for awhile now. I thought it was rather queer but he should not be kicked for something he didn't even do.

4) DORK does not cheat. No matter wut u guys r trying to prove here... we need not cheat, we r the best and thats that ;)

So Zcore, u've heard everything now.. so plez return Holly to #1, go ahead a deduct those few wins he got which isn't many becuz I saw his records and he beat a ton of guys I knew or heard of. Lets just be fair ok? If u want im sure Holly will tell u if he gets free wins from now on... if he even bothers playing Duke.
I just want u to put back my fellow clan members... I know for a FACT, DORK does not cheat.. and im sure u guys have enough proof to see we don't.. but surely u guys don't have a rule stating we need to report if someone gives us free wins? And wut IF.. we just went to ur page to report loses and check our stats? Meaning we didn't check the win/lose stats.. how would we know if we were getting free wins unless it was mass like st4tiX so stupidly did. ( No offense st4tiX ;o ).

So go ahead and I will give u ALL the proof u need to stop blamming me for wut st4tiX does... but I do find u guys putting me in the box till Feb 2002 funny :D Alot of PPL on Kali were laughing at that.   Sir,

  one last reply on my behalf and that is my final word about this. We have been 'discussing' this over and over again.

  The facts:
  - u and statix used a unique, static ip to access Cases;
  - the account(s) created by the ip of statix were used to report from your static ip to your own account(s). The exact ip, not an ip that 'looks like it';
  - you denied it was impossible that any reports from statix accounts came from your machine, however later you that statix did use your machine.

  If you check the rules, section account rules, you will find the rules about multiple accounts. You were violating those rules and thus penalized. As far as i am concerned that is the whole case.

  To my regret you continue to speak up for other people. Reading mail and reading some posts I am quite sure people can speak up for themselves. They did and Cases answered them.

  About the 'fake losses'. Ofcourse I did report to Cases.
