Cases rules tries to make us play fair. To be honest, I often think everything happens on Kali besides fair play. On one side you say there are the 'whiners'. People that mistreat you and your friends. A point there cause some people totally lack any kind of behaviour and education.
Your behaviour in chat is generally an example for others. However the 'whiners' will play at almost any time, any place, any map. The group you accompany lacks presence and dont seem to have much ambition to play people ranked right below them which are not part of the (your) group. I keep close track of ladder matches and believe me, the statement is correct. I tried to correspond to the ladder-op but he also showed no ambition to answer me.
My personal conclusion is that you blame others for something you do yourself. Not the exact same actions, but in general wrecking the fun for people who see this ladder as a simple competition. Like me for instance.
Dont see this as a personal attack upon you cause as I stated, you are always a gentleman in chat. However, before blaming others I always look in the mirror first....

  Right, i agree with u but the problem is nobody is honest, polite.
  I can give you many examples, because i always have these problems: as i am from France people are #!*^ty with me, first i try to ignore them and after it i try to stop them, to make them aware of their comportment. They don't care, they're continuing to insult me and moreover to call me a cheater!

  Some guys are very nice, they play good and they're fair, in this point it's ok i can speak with them and i've got no problem with them, but the majority of kali users are also NO FAIR.
