Maybe instead of seeing things and deciding if its good or bad we first need to ask..do we know whats going on?? cause I for one have discussed things with Jan, Sandy and Cyn and we are all ok with things and understand where each other is in all this so plz instead of making a simple issue more than it is...just know that not everything is always as it appears. huggss all and thx u for ur concerns but all is ok :)

  It is a damn shame that this happens to good TD's. Good TD's are hard to find! I think seriously the admin need to look at the #!*^ that TD's in this league often have to tolerate! The effort that they all put into hosting and entertaining the members and they still have to take and get #!*^ on. The league needs to re-evaluate the values on which this league was established! Lasty it is me Joey speaking so no need for any admin to call one spineless!!!

    I understand all of your comments. Training is not a bad thing as we are all always striving to do our best. I am not going to comment on the specifics of this situation, but I will say Char as TD Manager is doing a great job and has my full support...just remember there are two sides to every story...it is not 'political'. Cynthia is an asset to the league and will hopefully work with Char and return to her full TD status right away. Thanks everyone!

      I was Cynthia's Trainer, and I've never seen her be rude to anyone. She has been honest, for sure, and she will not cause drama. Would rather leave before making it worse. If she is back into Training, it seems to also reflect on me as her Trainer.

          I HAVE TO BACK UP EVERYONE ELSES VIEW. I FEEL CYN IS ONE OF THE BEST TD'S WE HAVE. SHE IS ALWAYS HERE TO HELP AND IS ALWAYS PLEASANT TO BE AROUND. I MYSELF HAVE SEEN THAT THINGS HAPPEN WHEN YOU ARE TD AND SOMETIMES NOT EVERYONE IS HAPPY WITH THE OUTCOME. TD'S HAVE TO MAKE DECISIONS WHETHER EVERYONE IS HAPPY WITH THE OUTCOME OR NOT. WHEN PEOPLE JUMP INTO A TOURN THAT HAS BEEN POSTED FOR ALL DAY AT THE LAST MINUTE THEY SHOULD BE MORE UNDERSTANDING. TO PUT SOMEONE BACK IN TRAINING THAT IS MORE THAN CAPABLE OF RUNNING TOURNS IS HARSH.

            wow! That is an insult to Tryn! Ive seen how many tours she runs, She has been excellent admin in past. I became a td in this league because of her. I am shocked that our admins have allowed this to happen to her. Now do i have worry bout same thing happening to me? This problem should be corrected immediantly!                 just seen this about kissez in training, must be political, been td in excess of 7 yrs , 5 that i know her. this truly saddens me.a td that brings a smile to my face an i can joke with her an in training oh my
