Hi gadgetlady,You have done the correct thing by submitting a support mail. Do not worry, it will be sorted for you, but, you may find you have a membership already on the GameDesire Ladder, to move your account, you must not have an existing account, so you have to remove it prior to using the 'Move tool'.
This is all clearly stated in the instructions for using the 'Move tool'.
