I have been trying on a regular basis since Christmas to get match notification and turning ads off. I do what I am told...go to user editor...check the relevant boxes..nothing!! Is anyone having this problem?

  Sandy, are you trying to get match notification tourney pairings via ICQ? If so....icq me and I may be able to help you with this. It is a matter of changing the security settings on ICQ> There are some that you must enable to get the Match notifications.
