I got a call from Obie early this week and he said he would be in Oswego, NY for 3 days next week and wondered how close it was to me and if there was a way to get together when he was in the area! Well ...... heck yes there was! In fact, I thought Rusty might be available too!! So after a few calls .... everything was set for Obs to fly in a lil earlier than his other Mgt. Team partners and play a round! And so we did ..... mid March in Central NY and I'm playing golf .... doesn't get much better than that EXCEPT ..... getting a chance to link up with Obs (last time was 2 yrs ago in Evansville) and good friend Wiz!! We had a ball .... beautiful day .... and they invited us back again (helps when we were the only ones playing eh!!?)!!!Just had to post that when the linksters make connections with others ..... it gives us chance to find friends wherever we go! Just wanted to thank both Obs and Wiz for the chance to link up .... and we may do it again in 3 weeks!!
Big thanks to Obs and Rusty for creating the opportunity and then to be able to follow thru on all that .... at such short notice too! Truly had a ball guys .... thanks for thinking of me and sharing a special time!! They are always special re-connecting with old friends!!
