If a TD tells a league member they need to league, where can they be fair that league member during league play?

  Okay, im going to admit right now, I was the TD that said something to a league member. It was me .. no need to search or anything. ill be the biggerperson and step up to the plate. I said it to realsteel yesterday because him and i were arguing and i got mad and told him to leave the league. I didnt mean to but i did. It just came out. I am sorry for my actions, and i will no longer be a league member anymore. I will quit the league for the happiness of everyone. Sorry for the havick i have caused.
  Also, I know for a fact that there has been other TDs that have said that . I Dont know who but t im sure there has. This should have been brought up a long time ago.
