In LADDER GAMES (not tournaments), if your opponent sinks the 8-ball on the break, is it a WIN for them or a rerack?

  It's a win, I mean come on, how often does it actually happen heh If it's a win in a tournament and on pogo, why wouldn't it be a win on ladders?
