Just saw this posting and I can understand the frustration to this problem. I feel that Lexulous should do either of the following:

a.) Place Tourney Terrace in its own room category as "Tournament Rooms" or "Tournaments".

b.) If we are having a special event in TT, a couple days prior to the event, they should place an image, or an announcement that we are doing a special event etc.

The only problem with not setting tournaments is when players come to the league site, is players will tend to think noone is able to host a tournament, which can lead to less and less even remembering about Tourney Terrace.

I think set one tourney, at the time that you are available to host. Once players are in the room, you can make more tournaments on the fly to accommodate the players that are in the room.

This way, if players do not show up, then you have only one tournament to really move and then arrange it to another time. Plus, it still gives the players the opportunity to see who is available to host.

I am writing this at 1:30am, so please excuse any typo's that maybe within this long writing.

Again, I do understand the frustration and depressing feeling that such times can create. I have had those times as well.
