    I know this isn't the proper place, but I tried the proper place and got an error message. I need a rank reduction, because tonight is poker night with the guys and I won't be able to play.
    Can one of you ops reading this please take care of it?

      We are unable to do Rank Reduction requests without a Support mail. If you are having problems, try using the Mail Us link, which is located under the Contact Us link.
