My posts were designed with one specific goal in mind. To give members and TD's a bit of a "kick in the butt" to get this league going again. Seemingly that has worked. Some of you all didn't like to hear what I had to say. To you I say Open your minds and read carefully what I wrote. This league used to be a great league but due to POOR leadership the league went to the crapper. We all know that, we all can see the activity. When I called on the leadership at that time, they basically failed us all. Not everything is a personal attack, they need to see this as well. When I name names and ask for an explanation I expect a coherant answer. When I asked why people with 35 tourneys were permitted to be on retired status, I was told because she was dead, which was absolutely false. Maybe she deseved being on retired status before but showing a HTD with 35 tourneys on retired status doesn't look good to the new members that join. Showing a HTD in retired status doesn't work either. As for the rest of the "dead weight" this league was carrying, I asked that they be removed not to hurt thier feelings but to get some new blood in those spots. Right now we have 3 "active" HTD's. This has been needed for quite sometime. One person, as bent has seen, cannot carry the load solo. We also have 20, hopefully active, TD's now. We are finally on the road to recovery. When I rejoined this league I asked bent about becoming a htd here again. He basically ignored me which is fine. I came here to help, and I remain here to help. I also offered my assistance in training the new TD's. Again I was ignored. When I questioned the way the rules were posted on bents tourney page that got me disqualified. When I offered to redo it for him so everyone would be able to read it, he didnt want that, which would have been fine if he did something about it. Rules are great but they must be available to all to see. If bent would have taken the time to just listen, he could have saved himself alot of problems just by listening. As for other peopletry not to react in such a hostile manner. Cubbie you have a vendetta against me from that crappy interleague blog thing you write. Thats fine. I left that particular interleague for several reasons, one of those you slamming my other league every chance you got. The only other problem that we have is activity. Recruiting new, fresh members is a must. Staff needs to be a constant presence in the lobby, not just between the hours of 5pm and 9pm. Members need to see presceduled tourneys on the tourney calendar, not just "We have 4, let's have a tourney". I recently heard a disgusting comment by a staff member. He said, in the lobby, that we only play for ratings here in Cases. This attitude will get us nowhere fast. We need to be playing to have fun first, the hell with the ratings until we have an active, exciting league again. Let's bring back the TOC's and BOS's. Let's get some fresh ideas in here. Let's see something different done with the main page. Now enough of this crap all around. The resources are now in place for the staff to bring this league out of the ashes. Let's see what they can do. No excuses no regrets.. Bob

  I only have a vendetta against you for being unprofessional, and in turn I decided to be the same. I don't even remember whatever argument I had with you on the blog. But calling out a td for cheating is by no means necessary, neither is calling one "washed up" when you know nothing, and yes I do mean, nothing of her. This is all I'll say on the matter.
