Just a heads up to all.. I've sent 2 support emails into Cases regarding a problem recently.. It's been close to 2 weeks now and I have yet to receive a reply. What a friggin waste this diamond membership can be sometimes- Re: Technical Support View

All mails have been answered promptly and handled by either Op's or Staff. Infact there is no mail pending at this time with us. I will be happy to look at your mails which you mention and if you could forward me a copy of them at manssai@igl.net I will look at them immediately.Thanks

That's odd. I get responses from them. Are you checking firebob517@casesladder.com? Or the email account you mailed from?
