I am only asking are the TOC GAME PLAY FOR particpants not posted by design or is it a golitchin the ?
  --- I.E., Have results of TOC usually been posted in the past? Not asking why, of saying they should be, just clarifying that they are not posted by design for all TOC.

    TOCs are invitation-only tournaments, and as such, the matches for TOCs are not reported to the Ladder since they are not open for anyone to register and participate in the tournament. As the matches are not reported to the Ladder they are not in the Daily Results. I apologize for any confusion this may have caused.
