    I HAVE BEEN HAVING THIS ISSUE FOR QUITE A WHILE. I CAN GET ALL THE WAY TO THE INSTALLER AND IT SAYS CONNECTING TO CHAT SERVER, BUT WINDOW WILL NOT OPEN. WHEN I TRY IT AGAIN IT ASK ME DO I WANT TO SWITCH ROOMS AND I SAY YES IT STILL WILL NOT OPEN. I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING THAT IS REQUIRED FOR VISTA. I AM USING A TOSHIBA AMD DUAL CORE LAPTOP. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME PLZZZZZZZZZ!!!!!!!!

      I have a Toshiba laptop with Vista and it works for me.
      I did follow the instructions as showed in the page belove.
