still not working View

ok I have tried several ways including the way to get in that is posted. I am still having issues getting into the room. I have to force the chat room to open by using computer...program files....launch for the room to open, then when I do get in I can't talk sometimes nor can I play at all.

  I would try removing all clo (follow the instructions posted) and reinstall it again.
  Are you running it as Administrator ?
  We can check Vista settings if you are on at my time ... about 3pm - 4pm.
