These complaints are handled anonymously, and in the majority of cases the complaint is left unknown.

We all want to have a fun relaxing experience in our Ladder, and your LadderOps were voted by you, the membership, for our fairness and objectivity and the ability to help your experience be the best that it can be, but on the other hand we need our members to follow proper protocol so we CAN do our job.
