      We have sent you three emails with no reply. Do you have a spam filter that's preventing you from getting the mail.

      What happened when you tried the suggestions Kool gave you on going into control panel, user accounts, and turning the Administrator on.

      Did you try enabling the active x files and rolling the windows calendar back to January 2006.
