I received the following email today with regard to the Hoyle site and thought you would be interested to read this which I copy below

As most of you know, our management team met with Encore again today in hopes of reaching a final decision regarding Hoyle Online.

Unfortunately, a decision was not met and the talks will continue.

Case's Ladder will continue to manage the games until a decision can be reached.

We understand the waiting game and the not-knowing is frustrating, and we are trying our best to get this resolved as quickly as possible. As soon as there is substantial information to share or a final decision has been reached, then I will be sure to follow-up with another email.
