- Trying to do what Fan said View

When I try to follow the instructions under Fan's post - 'The Solution', or from the Case site, there is only a 'Windows' Sytem file under windows. It has nothing in it.
When I look under Program files, I see 32 there, when I click on that, it doesn't do anything either (Like it is empty).
Therefore, I never could get to 'Drivers', or 'Hosts', as the instructions said.I don't understand why I don't have Drivers (or anything else) in my 32 file, or why Sys32 is located within Program Files rather than windows. ???
