      Evidently it's sun java that's needed for chisi and I had Microsoft VM instead.

        After some further digging, it's not Sun Java after all. For some reason, my windows installation was installed to Drive F:/ instead of Drive C:/ as normal. Won will only install to drive C:/ So I can't play :(
