Our warmest Welcome to all the players who joined the League in the past months. We are very happy to have you in our league and sincerely hope you will have as much fun playing in Veterans Vortex room with us as we do.
For those players new to Mah Jong, or those who might want to refresh their knowledge, we have some helpful links that might help understand the game. One of them is Mah Jong Basics and Yahoo Scoring. Please keep in mind that this is a help site only, the rules are from real Mah Jong and some of them are slightly different to those of our League. Any help or information you may need, please do not hesitate to contact any TD or Admin. We will be more than happy to help. Also, if at some point you happen to find yourself short of buxes to join the tourneys, please do not quit the League and rejoin to get buxes again. Cases might ban you from rejoining the League if you do so. Just ask in lobby and the TDs will find a premium member who can gift buxes to you. If you would like to never need to ask for buxes again, you can also consider going Premium too.
Just as a reminder
The T.O.C. is played the first week-end of the month. It is an invitation only tourney. So, if you won a tourney the previous month you qualify and will get the automatic invite in your mail. You only need to CHECK-IN to play when the tourney time comes, since you have already been registered. In case you did win a tourney and did not get an invite, please contact the TD to fix the problem.
The Rank Advancement Tourney is played the second week-end of the month. The four finalists get the first four spots of the Ladder.
The B.O.S. is played the third week-end of the month.
