MyLeague: Backgammon

Good Bye and Good Luck View

As you were all aware I was leaving as HTD anyways. The inability to host schedualled tournies and play more then once or twice a week because of no intrest from other players was bad enough.Backgammon is my game of choice and being in a league that is indifferant to the game is the same as those that play crib, dominoes,chess , ect... you will go play where the people will play
Over the past year plus, i have met some very nice people and I hope all do well in whatever they decide to do.
Now it seems that this leagues inactivity has lost the room to be *shared* with another league. I don't want to watch what few of our players are left go and join another league that will be playing in the same room
I wish the World Elite Gammon League the best of luck also and hope they can make this room good for the players again.

  Wayne, my friend, you have been a stronghold for this ladder. Thank you for all you have done and for as long as you stayed. You have tried your best to provide tournaments almost every day, just to have to cancel or move them for lack of players.
  To our Dedicated Players:
  I thank you for trying to help by not leaving. I know some of you have only been playing here and we tried to provide you with tournament competition. I know that it has been very disappointing for you as well.
  I just apologize that I have not been available for the last month.
  I wish you all... my friends... the very best of luck where ever you choose to play.
