Hi everyone. My name is Joan, my nic is jj_53049_99, most people call me JJ. I have been given the privelge of becoming the OpManager for your ladder. I wanted to introduce myself to all of you. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or problems. Understand that you should always attempt to contact a member of your Op Team first, I am here to guide them and help them, but they should run the ladder. However, if they are not available I will be more than happy to field your questions and try to help in any way I can.   I am a Ladder OP on Joan?s Home Pinochle ladder.
  I have seen her work her way up from ladder op to lead op and now OP manager.
  You will find her to be a very hard worker. She does truly only care about helping the OP team and the members of the ladder.
  She is a very hard worker and loves to do this stuff.
  Please use her as much as you can.
