RULES AND REGULATIONS IN THE PRO DOMS LEAGUE
CODE OF CONDUCT:
All players are WELCOME to join the PRO DOMS League.
What you need to play in the league: simply a Nidink nickname and league registration.
Before registering, please note that we have rules that must be followed by everyone who decides to join, as the smooth
operation of the league depends on everyone respecting them.
Below are some of our rules:
1- The nickname registered in the league must be the same as the nickname used in the Nidink rooms to play; this includes
(-._@), with the only difference being that it can be in uppercase or lowercase. For example, if the nickname you use in
the rooms to play is luis_2012, it will not affect anything if you register it in the league as LUIS_2012.
2- Only one account per player is allowed in the league. If you attempt to register more than one account, it will be
deleted by the Administration.
2a- If you wish to change your nickname in the league, you can do so on our league page by clicking where it says "Edit
User." If you have any problems trying to change your nickname, contact an HDT or League Administrator. If you cannot find
them in the lobby, you can go to our page and look for the "Contact Admin" link.
3- If your account name contains inappropriate words that are offensive to other users, it will be deleted.
4- If your account name was created to be offensive to another user in the league, it will also be deleted.
5- If your account name is similar to another user's, you will be asked to change it. If you do not, it will be deleted.
6- If your account name is preceded by DT_, HDT_, or ADM_, you will be asked to change it. This is to avoid confusion with
other players in the league (unless you are part of our league staff).
7- If your account avatar contains inappropriate images such as nudity, genitalia, or sexual content, it will be removed
by the Administration, as MyLeague does not allow this. You will also be warned that this is not permitted, and repeat
offenses will result in penalties.
8- Verbal aggression between players is not allowed. We aim to maintain a positive and harmonious environment for all
members during our time in the league. If any problems arise, please try to communicate respectfully and reach a mutually
satisfactory agreement. 9- If you are attacked by a member of the league, don't stoop to their level. Try to find a
peaceful solution. If that fails, approach a member of the staff so they can mediate the problem. They will then inform
the administration, who will decide on the appropriate measures.
10- Remember that disrespect among league members will also result in sanctions.
11- Any act that negatively impacts the league is prohibited, including defamation, repeated attacks against members and
staff, creating a negative atmosphere in the chat room, and anything else that harms our league. If you are caught
committing any illegal act, you will be expelled from the league. *These are the rules of conduct that govern this league,
which may be modified based on the
best functioning of the league. As new rules are added, all members will be notified. You can visit the other links where
we detail the player rules, tournament rules, DTS rules, and the link where we detail the sanctions. We hope you enjoy
your time in this league.
RULES FOR PLAYERS:
1- The registered nickname must be the same as the nickname used in the Nidink rooms to play, including (-._@), with the
only difference being that it can be in uppercase or lowercase. For example: if the nickname you use in the rooms to play
is luis_2012, you can register it in the LUIS_2012 league.
2- Registering a nickname for a tournament and then attempting to play with a different nickname is not permitted. If this
occurs,
you will be given the standard time allowed to all players (3 minutes for regular tournaments and 5 minutes for doubles or
special tournaments) to return to the tournament with your registered nickname. After 3 or 5 minutes, you will be declared
the loser, and your opponent will be awarded the victory.
3- If you insist on playing with a nickname other than the one registered for the tournament, the Tournament Director will
have the authority to eliminate you from the tournament.
4- You will only be allowed to play in the next tournament if you are currently playing in or awaiting the final of the
previous tournament. If this is the case, you must inform the Tournament Director. 4a- This rule only applies to
tournaments in our PRO DOMS league. Games unrelated to the aforementioned PRO DOMS tournaments, or games from other
leagues or rooms, will not be considered. If you are caught playing games unrelated to the tournaments of this league
in4b-Repeated offenses will result in disqualification.
5-Tournament registration will open one (1) hour before the tournament begins to prevent players from registering and then
being unable to attend due to time zone differences.
6-If you registered for a tournament before registration opened, you must check in afterward; otherwise, the system will
automatically delete your registration when it closes.
7-Every player who registers for a tournament must create their table according to the chosen format before the tournament
begins. If you have any questions about the table, you can contact the tournament organizer (HTT) or the assistant
administrator to verify that the table has been created correctly.
8-It is the player's responsibility to create and join the tournament table. Remember that the host (HTT) has too much
work to handle invitations; if they do, it is out of courtesy, but it is not their responsibility. 6. Players must pay
attention in the general or PRO DOMS room when the tournament organizer's host is assigning games or pairs for the
duration of their participation, as this is where instructions regarding the game mode, game assignments, and reporting
procedures will be given.
8. Players will invite both the first and second player called, and they must begin playing once the host assigns them a
game. If they fail to do so, the host will set a time limit for both of them.
9. Players must report wins and losses, as well as request time limits, to avoid confusing the host or the general manager
of the PRO DOMS room.
9. Players must report wins, losses, and absences in the general or PRO DOMS room of the current tournament using CAPITAL
LETTERS until the host confirms their report. If they do not receive a response from the host, they should try again,
always respectfully. 10- You will have three (3) minutes to return if you experience a "COLLAPSE" (a game-changer). If you
haven't returned within this time, you will be eliminated from the tournament.
11- Remember that you have three (3) minutes and three (3) drops or absences allowed for the entire tournament. If you use
up this time, you will be eliminated. If you experience your fourth drop or absence without having used up the five (5)
minutes, you will also be eliminated due to accumulated drops or absences.
12- You must be careful when creating your table for the game, and you must also pay attention to the table you are
invited to. The tournament director will not allow the cancellation of a table to restart the game. The person creating
the table is just as responsible as the person joining the game; therefore, if the table was created incorrectly and the
game has already started, you must continue until the game is completed.
13- In Doubles Tournaments, any player who registers with an auto-team must be in the PRO DOMS room's general admission
list before registration closes. If they are not in the room, the Tournament Director may remove them without prior
notice.
14- In Doubles Tournaments, the time limit for absences or losses will be 10 minutes per team for the entire tournament.
Remember that teams can also be eliminated for accumulating absences or losses.
15- Players who register with an auto-team and abandon their partner during the tournament will be subject to penalties,
unless both players agree to withdraw from the tournament, in which case the opposing team will be declared the winner.
16- If any player commits acts of indiscipline that compromise the smooth running of the tournament, the Tournament
Director has the authority to remove them from the table and eliminate them from the tournament, and will also inform the
Administration so that they can take appropriate action.
17- Tournament tables will be ranked or unranked, depending on the format or game type.
18- It is recommended that there be no more than three players at a two-player table and no more than five at a four-
player table. This is to avoid seeing hands and to prevent interference from third parties. Players are also prohibited
from joining other players at the table to watch the games or as companions. Only the organizing tournament director (DT)
is authorized to enter the tables in their capacity as the organizing technical director.
19- Try to be at the table a few minutes before the tournament starts, as the DT will give a brief description of the game
type. Remember that there are game types such as All Five, All Three, Draw, Block, Reversible, and others that vary
slightly and are different from what most players are used to. 20- If your opponent is knocked out, you will notify the
tournament director and request a timeout. You will remain in the lobby until the director confirms that the timeout has
expired and you have won.
21- League Matches: While waiting for a tournament to start, or if there are no tournaments scheduled, you can play league
matches with other league members (since these matches also affect the league ranking system). You can play two matches
against the same opponent in a single day, and so on.
Sincerely, PRO DOMS League Administration...
