There used to be a rule that a higher player cannot ignore/refuse a match from a lower player, then take a higher match. Is it still a rule? If you won t answer it in the lobby...maybe you ll answer it here.

Players challenged by a lower ranked member must play the lower ranked member unless they just finished a game and do not have time to play again. The challenging player and the challenged must be available to play. This means that neither player can be in a game and challenge or be challenged.Players available to play in the lounge must answer within 5 minutes.
Violations of either of these rules can be filed upon if you have proof. Proof is a full screen screen shot.
Proof of an away from keyboard violation must show that 5 minutes has elapsed and that the challenging player did wait the 5 minutes.
