HELP for online play View

Hi everyone, I need a little help getting online.
I cant get the rooms to appear.
I know has something to do with my Norton virus protection.
Does anyone know how to add the game to safe list, or do something else that will allow me to play online, I need step by step.

  Did u read the posts that tells u theres new servers and that u gotta fix ur game to get the new rooms?
  Here u read how to fix it:
