Which is to say, that if the Worms 2 server were down due to some form of server problem, the Worms Armageddon server would also be down.

The Worms 2 server has been down for almost three days now - during this time period the Worms Armageddon server has remained up.

This bodes poorly for us.

Obviously it is too early to draw any definitive conclusions on the matter, but I find it increasingly likely that Team 17 has abandoned Worms 2 permanently, for some reason or another.

Hopefully Pplsworm will hear back from them soon.

    That's exactly what I said. The Armageddon server still works. Thus, there isn't some physical problem with the Worms 2 server, and likely not some software problem either.

    Don't need to play W:A to know that the W:A server is still working.

      ok let me tell you worms armageddon was taken over privetley when team 17 quit on us fist blood owned the server then they left the team 17 server was then closed it was re open with a new server and was privetley owned thats why you need updated patch to run it know with out it your fd it wont let you play lol all clans under first blood was throwen out their was like a 1000 of them mine was one of them lol that all happen in feb this year so team 17 will still give you the game and lastest patch but bewere theirs a few patches made for it only one works it was given to team 17 for their web so they have it in their some were i have it when you get it so i will help you but at end of day it has notthing to do with uk1.servers or team 17

  I've seen Spadger and Des both host servers before... if they are able I'm sure others are... All we need to do is find someone lol...
