after you download this file (save to desktop, virus scan it, then dble click it)Install the java. Reboot. then open your browser. go to "tools" then to "Windows Update" update the java security update . Reboot. access rooms best thru yahoo. not thru old links. Hope this helps... It worked for me but no garauntees...I am not a computer geek.

  : it is a java problem. If you go to your control panel and look in "add remove programs" then remove all java related programs. After that you need to install Microsoft Java. you can find this all over the web...The file is MSJavx86.exe and can be found if you google it.
