1. Please try to come on time.... The goal is to start the tournament no later than 10 minutes from posted start time. This means that if you need a partner or special assistance, it is recommended you come 30 minutes prior to the start of the tournament, so the staff can better assist you. In some cases we need to ask for your patience, we may experience some unforeseen situations that may not allow us to close on time. Your support on this is greatly appreciated!!!

2. Please try to keep the lobby chat to a minimum until we get all players in the tournament and that all have a partner. Your support on this is greatly appreciated!!!

3. All games will be played to the posted score first, time limits on games will vary depending on the type of game the TD is having. Please check with the TD of your tour to see if there's a limit prior to the start of play if it's not specified in the rules.

4. Players will have 5 minutes when called to make or join a table as directed by the TD, if not that team may be disqualified. If a player is booted, notify the TD when they are completely gone and the TD will maintain official time. The first boot will be timed at 10 minutes, no more than three boots totaling 10 min. third boot will warrant immediate disqualifications in any one game. If the booted player does not return, this can also cause the team to be disqualified from the tour unless a sub can be found. If Hardwood crashes, the time limit for everyone to get back will be 30 mins, however, once Hardwood is back up, the remaining players have 10 mins to return.

5. If for any reason you have to leave a game, you'll have 10 minutes to return to the game and if not back within time limit, your team can be disqualified... There may be emergencies that arise the TD will have the option to allow sub. Once a sub has entered they have the option to continue playing until the original player returns. Subs are allowed in Teams if your partner has booted one sub per team allowed.  Your help is critical in this area to assist the TD in smooth running of the tour.

6. No subs in singles tours will be permitted.

7. No table talk......... speak English.....chat programs....or any other possible form of cheating is Not allowed! Please notify the TD if you suspect this is occurring and the TD will monitor the game and render a judgment. If found to be cheating the team will be disqualified from the tournament and may receive other actions deemed appropriate by League Staff. Chat programs are allowed in lobby area >> PLEASE TURN THEM OFF PRIOR TO GOING TO TABLES FOR A MATCH<<

8. Please do not create a scene in the lobby with staff or another player......Take it to a private table or IM. If you feel the TD isn't doing a good job you can call the HTD or Admin for assistance. TD decisions should be honored by all League members.

9. If you have a bye or wait, please stay in the League room...... you can't go off and play in smoots or elsewhere. This will result in automatic disqualification!

10. No pausing the game without consent of TD.... will result in automatic disqualification.... no exceptions....

11. In case there is a tie in a singles tour The human player win if a tie between both humans an extra round will be played.

12. THE OPTION TO RESIGN GAME IS NOT ALLOWED IN TOURNAMENTS IN OUR LEAGUE.


13. WATCHERS WELCOME BUT SHOULD NOT TALK IN GAME DISTRACTING PLAYERS TY

14. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES MAY ANYONE IN THE SAME HOUSEHOLD BE ALLOWED TO PARTNER AS A TEAM. IF IT IS FOUND THAT THIS IS THE CIRCUMSTANCE THIS TEAM WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DISQUALIFIED FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE TOURNAMENT. BOTH PARTYS WILL BE BOXED FOR 7 TO 10 DAYS AND NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARD.
 

Fill in the blanks! We can't cover every aspect of gaming in our rules. We have tried to be as thorough as possible and cover all the basics. However, just because something isn't listed, doesn't mean that it's allowed. Use common sense. The TD has the final say in such matters, and again, TD decisions should be honored by all league members!!
