As most of you may know, Case's Ladder has been managing Hoyle Online games for 4 years now, and during that time, the rights to the gaming site have changed hands from VU Games to Encore. It is with great sadness that we must announce the contract for Case's Ladder to continue managing Hoyle Online has expired, and Encore has asked that we shut down the games by January 31, 2009.

With the release of the Hoyle 2009 CD-ROM games, a new feature called the “Royal Suite” is also available.   I guess they wouldn't consider charging an annual fee (like Club Pogo) in order to keep the site going... I'd be willing to pay. This is the best site out there in spite of problems. A very sad day...
