MyLeague: 8-Ball

withdrawing View

last week i decided that i was going to withdraw from the league, but had every intention of rejoining.
tonight my mind was made up not to rejoin,
for some reason many tds have got it into there heads that a 30 second timer stops people from using these mythical auto aimers, i have done a little research into these programs and have never found a program that actually works on pogo. this is because pogo keeps making slight programming changes.
the way i feel is that if anyone is accusing realsteel of cheating then they are also accusing every other good player in the league, and to make these rule changes because some people believe real is cheating is totally ignorant to good players.
it stops the chance of any chat during a game it makes it much harder to work out a hard bank or a snooker escape, but it also hampers the planning of how u are going to play the frame.
also there are many sporting people in this league that will hand a shot back when the time runs out, but there are also many that dont.
if the tds want this league to be a league of average players that blast the balls and hope to get a lucky position , and a league that benefits people that arent sporting then its heading in the right direction. keep up the good work , hope u get the league as u want it to be, but its not for me like this. tc and have fun all cya around

  I agree with you that it is not fair for anyone (including TDs) to do anything that would suggest there is someone cheating by using aiming devices. The fact of the matter is that TDs are allowed to set any way they wish. Until a few days ago, the did not know this. A long time ago, 45 seconds had become so popular that most all TDs used it. I guess through time, people started assuming those were the required settings.
  It has been brought to my attention that the reason several TDs wanted to use 30 second timers was to make it harder for people who might be uing aiming devices. I want you to know that I am against this, and that it will be discussed in the next TD meeting. Under no circumstances is anyone to accuse anyone else of cheating in public. All accusations and complaints are to be made via the support links.
  I'm sorry that this has happened, and I assure you that it will come to an end (or else).
