Why the Name Change from MisGivings1 View

No, i am not having another 'Sybil' moment. Yesterday I decided to subscribe to GameSpy Arcade because the ads, etc,. was making me even crazier. It was late, and I was tired, and evidently, I did it wrong. First it told me that my email address was already in use, (D'uh), so I whould have to use another, so I chose the alternative email address I have. I accidently typed in that email address wrong,(word of advice; Do Not Buy A Keyboard from Odd Lots)so, consequently, I never received the confirmation email for subscribing.
So, I look at the Credit Card statement and call them, only to hear a long recording as to how all my issues can be taken care of online, which I had already tried last night to no avail. I took a chance and left a message anyway, and lo and behold, someone called me back within the hour telling me the email and account has been straightened out, and that I can now log on and play without the annoying ads, etc..
WRONG!!! Even though I can now log on with the new email address, when I try to disable the ads I get a message saying the old email address is not subscribed. OK, at this point I am wondering who's meds are off, and I have been trying to get them to finally get it right. I tried to use MisGivings1, but was informed it was already in use, even though it clearly shows the very same sign up information as my other email address. Pusinbootz was not acceptable to them, go figure, so I decided on damcatlady, which was also not acceptable. My head is pounding at this point, so I clean it up a tad and settle on darncatlady. Their choices for me were rather comical, and with one of them, I had a 'Susan Boyle' moment with their suggestion of HairyRebecca. (Ms. Boyle has been refered to as the 'Hairy Angel')
I have my own Support Ticket with GameSpy Arcade and am trying to get them to see that I am MisGivings1, and when they finally do, I will change my Ladder name back to it.

  I am not able to get the nick MisGivings1 back, so I decided on SwannyLives. Just plain ol' Swanny wasn't available.
  I will change the name with Case WHEN I AM ABLE TO.
  Sorry about any confusion because of this.

    My ladder name hopefully will be OlSwanny when I able to change it with Case.
