In order to get into CLO with Vista, please follow these directions.

First make sure you have enabled all your active x files. Next follow these specific directions for Vista, and then let me know if you still cannot get in.

YOU SHOULD not turn off the account as administrator. Here are the
instructions:

Start --> Control Panel --> User Accounts --> Turn User Account Control
(UAC) on or off

From there the user should uncheck the option to "Use User Account Control
(UAC) to help protect your computer".

If you continue to have problems, then I would recommend you check
your firewall and/or anti-virus settings and their active x settings

If That doesn't Fix it try This changing the Clock
