Please could you submit a Support mail, via Contact Us on the left hand navigation menu. Explain the problem, giving as much detail as you can, I will make sure the mail gets passed on to the departement that deals with this sort of problem and should be able to answer your question.

I will keep my eyes on the Mailroom to make sure your mail is attended to as soon as possible once submitted.
