    It is with a heavy heart that I have to inform you, that due to family and health issues, Malaret5 has decided to stand down as your LadderOp.

    I for one will miss you Mal, you have been a super LadderOp for your Ladder.

    Mal, thank you so much for all you have done for fsdom whilst you have been a LadderOp, and now, I know, you are looking forward to going to stay with your daughter-in-law, Marilyn, looking after your grand-daughter, and best of all seeing DJ!

    Thank you again for all you have done, I for one will miss you as a LadderOp.
