move account View

When I go to move my account with the account transfer tool I get the message swedede not found but if I go to find a player I'am still there.How do I get my account moved any help would be appreciated. I'am trying to moved it to gin renaissance games is this correct?

  Click on the transfer tool;
  In the drop down box find Gin (VU Games)
  hit NEXT:
  Ladder to move to:
  Gin (Renaissance Games) its at the very bottom of the drop down list
  Put in your fsgin name and password:
  Hit next

  Me too! I keep withdrawing from the Rengames ladder (like explained in the forum)as my account does not have any stats. Then I transfer my VuGames account but it never seems to take. What am I doing incorrectly? Thank you, chiliverde

    Same thing happens to me I withdraw from rengames and I still can't transfer. HELP
