What is she using? I need OS, type of firewall, type of anti-virus, and type of connection to try to assist her.

    Have you switched to DSL, done an upgrade, changed your firewall, etc. If not... try doing a restore to a couple of days before the last time you accessed the games.

      Nope nothing new installed.....can't restore will lose what class infomation I have online....
      This isnt first time but its getting old fast.

        I save info that I really need into an online email account or into online storage. I've found that DVR's and back ups can fail. I've had a couple of hard drives crash and then you get NOTHING off of them. But my emails rarely empty on their own unless I don't check them for 3 or 4 months.

        If you had been getting in, it might be a bug. The site is down this morning as well. grrr. So wait until the techs get it working again before you too frustrated.
