Dear lainy,

I've been informed that there was a DNS problem yesterday with the sierra.com domain, which includes hoylegames.sierra.com. The problem has now been fixed; however, many Internet Service Providers may not have propagated the information to their own DNS servers yet, which will cause problems accessing the games and/or the web pages. The time it takes to do this varies from ISP to ISP, and it can take anywhere from an hour to 48 hours.

If you do not want to wait for your ISP to update their DNS servers, here are a couple of solutions that may or may not work:

1. Delete your temporary Internet files, and then try to access the games at http://8.5.0.53/

2. Follow the instructions at https://www.opendns.com/start/computer/
