  • If you are having problems writing in to Case's View

    Click on Contact us, then mail us at bottom, in next window do not enter your nick and password, instead hit click here in the bottom sentence.

    In the next window, scroll down to Gin (Gaming Safari), enter your ladder
    nick, and email, then hit compose, write your mail and send.

    This route will work for all mails if you are having problems with regular mail route.
