    It is with mixed emotions that we share the news that our long-time Op Manager, Elaine (EMB), has officially resigned from her role with Case's Ladder.

    Elaine has dedicated many years of service to this community, and her presence, guidance, and support have meant a great deal to all of us. She will be truly missed.

    We wish Elaine all the very best in the days ahead and thank her sincerely for everything she has given to this organization.
