  Make sure that you are allowing security certificates....that might be the problem. You can try this:

  In your upper browser tool bar, choose Tools, Internet Options, then click the Security tab. Click the button that says Custom Level, Scroll to Don't prompt for client certificate selection .... then click the Enable. Click Apply, Ok, then close all windows.
