  I was told by email today that Cases is continuing to talk with Encore and so far so decision has been reached. I am pasting that information below.

  Case's Ladder will continue to manage the games until a decision can be reached.

  We understand the waiting game and the not-knowing is frustrating, and we are trying our best to get this resolved as quickly as possible. As soon as there is substantial information to share or a final decision
  has been reached, then I will be sure to follow-up with another email.

    This sounds like good news Ellie. It shows that Encore is at lease listening to our concerns and is willing to hear cases out. May not be great news but it is a glimmer of hope.

    It also sounds like they have been given the go ahead to keep the site up as long as they are resolving the issue, which means the plug may not be pulled on the 31st as planned.
