There are some problems with the DNS at sierra.com at the moment. Activision/Vivendi is working to get this problem resolved as quickly as possible, but the following two links should work in the meantime:

  There was a DNS problem yesterday with the sierra.com domain, which includes hoylegames.sierra.com. The problem has now been fixed; however, many Internet Service Providers may not have propagated the information to their own DNS servers yet, which will cause problems accessing the games and/or the web pages. The time it takes to do this varies from ISP to ISP, and it can take anywhere from an hour to 48 hours.

  If you do not want to wait for your ISP to update their DNS servers, here are a couple of solutions that may or may not work:

  1. Delete your temporary Internet files, and then try to access the games at http://8.5.0.53/

  2. Follow the instructions at https://www.opendns.com/start/computer/

      I still cannot get in either. I found another post in help forum today but not much help with it either but will paste it below. I will try to find out more and let you know as soon as I do.

      OK This post is for those people that can not find the C:WINDOWS32drivers folder.

      Go into the Control Panel and click on "Folder Options".

      Click on the "View" tab.

      Scroll down and find "Hidden Files and Folders".

      Make sure that the Hidden Files and Folders are set to "Show All".
