I am sure what I want to say so if it comes out wrong I am sorry. See I dont know whats going on.. When I originally joined this ladder I had no idea what conflicts I was going to have. In my eyes I am being targeted. I dont know what everyone's problem is with me. I know sometimes I have an attitude, but who wouldnt if someone was being treated here? I understand that I am not a gold or platinum or diamond member but I am loyal to this ladder and I play everyday. I like everyone in the ladder also. Everyone has their bad days. I mean I dont see why I am being constantly watched. Everyone likes to enforce rules and make sure they are folloewed throught but just because you enforce them, doesnt mean you dont have to follow them also. I understand a couple of mistakes I have had but now everything I do is being reported to cases and the sad part about it is I finally got in the top 5 and I was moved back before anyone got my side of the story.. How fair is that??? This ladder is very unfair and I just want someone to look into it BESIDES the ladderops because it happens to be that they are the ones against me and I cant file a complaint because it goes to them.. I dont want to have to quit canasta. I am on other cases ladders and I dont have a problem with them. I just was justice and fairness.. Its that so hard to accomplish for you guys.. Maybe it is because your too busy making sure you are punishing me for things I cant help and cant do anything about. You should start worrying about the big issues here and not stressing over me!

  First of all, I am sorry you feel the way you do. We want this place to be fair, fun, and safe for everyone.
  Secondly, you mentioned that Ops should focus on the "big issues". Do you see something that needs to be worked on? We love to hear from the members on their ideas. This is YOUR ladder. Everyone's ladder. Everyone has a say in how it runs. If you see something that you would like clarification on or see changed, please us the email link under "contact us" from the main page and let us know whats on your mind. We don't know unless we hear from you. :o)

  I explained to you last night that nobody is targeting you. Rules are to be followed by everyone. We can talk about this in chat when we are on line together....I have nothin p[ersonal against you ...we all do our jubs as ops to keep this ladder running smoothly

  HI Angelic_Jeter,
  I am sorry that you feel singled out and targeted here but let me assure you that this is not the case at all.
  All of the ladderOps are here to help and look out for all of the members of our ladder and to ensure that the rules are followed and that people are treated in a respectful way.
  If anyone breaks the rules or openly disrespects another member, then they face the consequences of their actions.
  If you would like to talk about what happened here tonight, I will be more than happy to speak with you at your convenience. I am very interested in hearing your side of the story.
  I would also like to say that all of the Ops on this ladder have gone through extensive training to handle matters of various sorts and to respond in an unbiased and fair fashion regarding any issue. Don't feel that they have singled you out as this is not the case. They were responding to a complaint based on the knowledge that they had at the time.
  We have discussed matters of this sort before, Angelic, and I thought the rules were clarified for you at that time. If you have more questions, please contact me so we can hopefully resolve any issues that you may have.
