Playing in 2 Tourney's Rule View

I have been approached by a member who asked if it was ok to play in a tourney here at vugames and at another gamesite at the same time.
Example: In Loon 9:30 and also playing in a Tarp or Palace tourney at their gamesite Renisance, having both sites open and playing at same time.
The answer is NO you cannot and if you were to get caught doing so you would be DQ'd from the Loon tourney and we would also notify the other ladder of the situation.
I do hope no one will try to do this.
