Has anyone noticed that our room is inhabited by rude individuals whe tell you to go away when you ask for a ladder game?

I am really sick of it. The room is continually full of people who are non-ladder members, and I usually have to go in via the backdoor.

I would like to see this change. I have paid for a platinum membership here, and am a club member of pogo. I believe we have a right to participate in the services we pay for.

If anyone else has been having similar problems to me, than I suggest you email Case's support and let them know of your feelings.

This ladder can go far if we put the time and energy into it.
