- Launching Help Needed Please View

On the 14th, Time Warner Cable put in a new modem so that the house could get WI FI, and I have not been able to launch a Scrabble Game to play, since. Judy and Resi cannot launch, and depend on me to launch, so, if they want to play, I need to be able to again. The manufactor was no help, instead shifting the burden on the idiots at Time Warner to resolve the issue I am Having. I put all the Game Spy suggested ports back in, and when I disabled WI FI, I no longer got the 'your computer's internal IP address is different that it's external IP address' error message, but am still unable to launch. I have even tried disabling the firewalls that I know about.Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.
