 BRONZE CONFERENCE SEASON 10 

 

The Bronze Conference has historically been played as a Consolation competition for players failing to qualify in the Gold Conference and Silver Conference qualifying rounds.


For Season 10, players are current SS members who have not reached a final in the Gold Conference.


The Bronze Conference for the Consolation Plate will be INVITATION ONLY.

FORMAT:
GROUPS ARE BEST OF 9 GAMES (FIRST TO WIN 5). MATCHES LISTED BELOW CAN BE PLAYED IN ANY ORDER. THE TOP 3 PROGRESS TO THE SEMI-FINAL. 4TH V 5TH FOR THE REMAINING PLACE. 

PLAYING MATCHES:
YOU MUST PLAY AT LEAST TWO SETS PER MONTH. PLAYERS DELAYING THE GROUP STAGE WILL BE REMOVED AND REPLACED IF POSSIBLE. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CONTACT YOUR OPPONENT AND ARRANGE A SET. OR YOU CAN ARRANGE SETS VIA KERRY (MATCH SUPERVISOR). THE DEADLINE FOR ALL GROUP SETS BEING PLAYED IS APRIL. (This deadline might be shortened depending on the competition's progress).

POINTS:
• 4 POINTS FOR WINNING A MATCH
• 2 POINTS FOR LOSING A MATCH 5–3 OR 5–4
• 1 POINT FOR LOSING A MATCH 5–0, 5–1 OR 5–2 BUT PLAYING IT TO A FINISH
• 0 POINTS FOR GIVING A WIN WITHOUT COMPLETING THE MATCH or DEFAULTING A MATCH (D = 5-0 win to opponent)

REPORTING RESULTS:
PLEASE REPORT USING THE 'REPORTING' BUTTON WHETHER YOU WIN OR LOSE A MATCH.
