  Sorry to hear you are not happy and hope you change your mind but you will need to go to this address and send in a request asking for your Gold Membership to be removed.

  : I've tried several times to terminate my Cases Yahoo account, also terminating my Gold membership, and the program simply won't allow me to do so.

    Muchas gracias, Elliesue. Due to the counsel from you and Psykosomatix (the Cases moderator for the Current Events forum), I've decided to put my withdrawal and account cancellation on hold....at least until after the Thanksgiving weekend.
