to create a Screen Shot in Windows, do the following:
Click onAND keys simutaneouly, this will copy the current screen to the clipboard.
Then open Accesories menu in Windows and select the Paint Program. then click on the button that says PASTE, this will copy the screen shot from your clipboard to a new file in Paint, then select SAVE AS from the FILE menu, paying attention to whe location where the file is saved, and type in a name for your file..You will not have a scren shot of the screen, just make sure the information you want to submit to justify your complaing is visible in the Screen Shot.
